uh oh i think my tagboard has died... reasons unknown, a full scale investigation will be launched.. sometime within the next... week. or month. the end of a blissful yet un-animated 3 months has crept over the horizon of time, which means that a complete visual update of this xanga will have to wait another year. i still havn't got sick of this nice blue thingy so i don't really want to get rid of it so soon anyway. so the 3months, how good was that, i worked less, played more, and probably got a bit fatter sitting there playing oldschool games over and over again (GTA2 ftw). but what's funny is that i actually enjoyed this break alot more than any other year. certainly better than the misery of last year. i set myself a goal at the start of the holidays: relax to the stage where when uni starts again, you will have NOTHING to regret about, and you won't say "damit wished i had relaxed more during holidays." quite frankly i believe i've actually achieved this goal, so w00t for me. another positive in the last few months is that i have seen all the movies i had wanted to see, except "the Prestige". that's quite an accomplishment in itself also. most years i end up missing all the good movies and end up seeing all the weird/lame ones. this was of course, aided by good friends and good organisational skills on their behalf :D so thanks to u doods/doodettes. i really would prefer another month, or maybe 2.... to relax even more but that would be greedy of me :) so i'll just say that im content, and i couldn't have asked for a better holiday! eveyrthing goes back to normal next week, printing notes, preparing tutes, pracs, big assignments, placements... oh and the stupid case studies/logbooks ...argh. its going to be a long painful year now but at least i can say that im as mentally prepared as i can be! so... bleh! keep smiling, keep complaining! |
