The... Lake Bridge. dats wat im gonna call it. i took a bus across it for the 1st time on the 1st day of uni for 07, and it was TERRIFIC! i wouldn't have thought it could get there so quick, around 15minutes! thats quicker than driving. and best of all, it bypassed the annoying coronation drive and the spastic bridges across the river (no offence to the bridge itself, its just traffic). and also, its so much better than the old bus trip, which involved a 600m walk in between the bus change. and another huge surprise was that, the whole trip costs 40c less than my old trip ticket. how often do u see that? in this day an age? prices going DOWN. all in all, it has proven to be an exellent alternative to getting to uni and back. If council is trying to make me stop driving to uni everyday, it mite be onto something. oh and the view across the bridge is quite pleasant too, i mite walk across it one day when i have nothing better to do and in need of good views.
