The... Lake Bridge. dats wat im gonna call it. i took a bus across it for the 1st time on the 1st day of uni for 07, and it was TERRIFIC! i wouldn't have thought it could get there so quick, around 15minutes! thats quicker than driving. and best of all, it bypassed the annoying coronation drive and the spastic bridges across the river (no offence to the bridge itself, its just traffic). and also, its so much better than the old bus trip, which involved a 600m walk in between the bus change. and another huge surprise was that, the whole trip costs 40c less than my old trip ticket. how often do u see that? in this day an age? prices going DOWN. all in all, it has proven to be an exellent alternative to getting to uni and back. If council is trying to make me stop driving to uni everyday, it mite be onto something. oh and the view across the bridge is quite pleasant too, i mite walk across it one day when i have nothing better to do and in need of good views.

uh oh i think my tagboard has died... reasons unknown, a full scale investigation will be launched.. sometime within the next... week. or month.

the end of a blissful yet un-animated 3 months has crept over the horizon of time, which means that a complete visual update of this xanga will have to wait another year. i still havn't got sick of this nice blue thingy so i don't really want to get rid of it so soon anyway.

so the 3months, how good was that, i worked less, played more, and probably got a bit fatter sitting there playing oldschool games over and over again (GTA2 ftw). but what's funny is that i actually enjoyed this break alot more than any other year. certainly better than the misery of last year. i set myself a goal at the start of the holidays: relax to the stage where when uni starts again, you will have NOTHING to regret about, and you won't say "damit wished i had relaxed more during holidays." quite frankly i believe i've actually achieved this goal, so w00t for me.

another positive in the last few months is that i have seen all the movies i had wanted to see, except "the Prestige". that's quite an accomplishment in itself also. most years i end up missing all the good movies and end up seeing all the weird/lame ones. this was of course, aided by good friends and good organisational skills on their behalf :D so thanks to u doods/doodettes.

i really would prefer another month, or maybe 2.... to relax even more but that would be greedy of me :) so i'll just say that im content, and i couldn't have asked for a better holiday! eveyrthing goes back to normal next week, printing notes, preparing tutes, pracs, big assignments, placements... oh and the stupid case studies/logbooks ...argh. its going to be a long painful year now but at least i can say that im as mentally prepared as i can be! so... bleh!

they seem to all flow nicely like a story (1 and 3 are actually linked) but think its a nice playlist to listen to if u want to get to know se7en. [thx aznality for the correction ^^ ]

In other news... Lee Jung Hyun's 6th album is really nice, fave songs in that are My Style and What to do. some of her usual randomness and abstract-ness is also there, but she managed to keep true to her own genre which is really cool! Yiruma's new album also lovely as usual. There seem to be heaps of artists releasing individual singles nowadays instead of albums. Im not a fan of singles, the way the Japanese music market works is beyond me, personally i'd rather have 4 or 5 full albums from a single artist rather than 30-40 singles. I know for one that Ayumi is up to like 40 singles, BoA is up to 21. Then they combine all the singles, add 2 new songs and create an album. i think its kinda cheap, and other artists shouldn't copy that idea. meh.
